Caitlin leads a dynamic group of creatives and manages the resources behind every project. She’s invested in higher education and nonprofit advancement, fundraising, branding, media, content strategy, and research, and she helped launch idfive’s first ever social impact design apprenticeship. Caitlin channels her excitement for finding root motivators, influencers, and barriers for target audiences into a project’s strategy. She has been in the marketing industry for nearly 15 years, working with clients such as the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Maryland Food Bank, Baltimore Police Department, Goucher College, Port Discovery, and Light City. Caitlin has a Bachelor of Arts from Old Dominion University and is a University of Baltimore Creative Writing Master of Fine Arts candidate.
